Mr. Berbey joined the Panamanian law firm of Quijano and Associates immediately upon obtaining his Doctoris Juris Degree at Tulane University, after a Bachelor of Arts Degree from Colgate University. He remains at Quijano and Associates, where he has accumulated experience in the full range of services provided through the firm's main office and branch offices in London, Nyon (Switzerland), and Tortola (BVI). He is a founding member of the International Lawyer's Network, an association of top law firms in over 70 countries.
